hair tutorials - StumbleUpon After many requests, I finally made a tutorial on how to tie a simple head scarf. It's really, really easy. I did this without looking in the mirror, so that should tell you how easy it is. Let's get started! Start with a large, square scarf. Fold one corner to the other to form a triangle. Fold the corner down to about the middle, and then fold over again (but not all the way to the edge, because you want it to be a little thicker). Put the scarf around your head with the ends in the front, making sure the wrong side of the scarf (the part where you can see the folds) is against your head. Tie it in a loose knot at the front. Tuck the ends behind/underneath the scarf. Done! You Know You Want Sexy Abs! | healthkicker The next month or two of work on Xanga 2.0 is going to be busy, so I wanted to share with everyone a roadmap of how we’re thinking about things! We’re dividing the work on this project into four basic phases. Phase 1. Data migration As described here, we’ve imported over every account that we have on Xanga over to the new system so that anyone who could sign into Xanga can still sign into Xanga 2.0. Finally and most important of all, we’ve imported over 2 million blogs from the old system. * We’ve archived the blogs of the hundreds of thousands of blogs where the user has logged in in the past 5 years and has at least two subscribers. * We did an additional set of archives for 200k users who had logged in the past year and had at least 10 blogs. * We’ve also archived the blogs of every single user that’s ever been premium at any point in the past… And of course, a lot of you guys archived your own blogs using the old Xanga archive generator. Phase 2. Phase 3. Phase 4.

The making of an action hero body - Entertainment - Movies When I was hired to train an actor for an action film, the studio executives would express how important it was to transform their body so they looked like an action hero. That's why I made the decision to utilize the same method of dieting and training I used to win many of my champion body building competitions. Matt Damon and Kevin Spacey were extremely excited to work with me, which made my job a lot easier than it had been with some of my other celebrity clients. I have the actors do weight training in the morning and cardio at night. ’5+ Minutes | Hairstyles, Braids and Hair Style Ideas | Cute Girls Hairstyles - Part 5 April 06, 2014 During the past five years, we have shown you how to use knots in hairstyles several times, but this is a first for us using them in a tieback. For today, Brooklyn and I will show you how to create a knotted braid tieback {yes, with me wearing a Marvel Avengers t-shirt… another first}! If you can make the first stitch of tying your shoelaces, you can create this knotted braid! What I love about this knotted tieback in a half-up half-down hairstyle, is the unique “crown” look that it provides. Feel free to tag your own photos of this hairstyle with: #CGHKnotBraidTieback When we were done, Brooklyn said that this would be a great hairstyle for a flower girl, especially if you added curls to the hair and flowers to accent the braid! Enjoy! Items Needed: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, 1 small hair elastic, 1 bobby pin, hairspray and accessory {if desired}. Time Requirement: 3-5 minutes Skill Level: Medium Step-by-Step Instructions: Happy Hairstyling! Comment on this post » With St.
