Blubbr - Create Interactive Quizzes Using YouTube Clips Blubbr is a neat quiz creation service that I recently learned about on Danny Nicholson's blog. Using Blubbr you can create interactive quizzes that are based on YouTube clips. Your quizzes can be about anything of your choosing. The structure of the quizzes has a viewer watch a short clip then answer a multiple choice question about the clip. Viewers know right away if they chose the correct answer or not. To create a quiz on Blubbr start by entering a topic for your quiz. Applications for Education I think of Blubbr as being like TEDEd but with short video clips. Bref je reçois en consultation le chien des Lagaffe qui éternue. -" Il éternue depuis quand? -( Monsieur): depuis au moins 3 jours! -( Madame): mais n'importe quoi, c'est depuis 2j, il y a 3 jours c'était l'anniversaire de Tata Huguette et on n'était pas à la maison avec Kiki. Et je vous épargne le reste de la consultation. Sans le faire exprès je lâche un petit soupir en guise de dépit quand Mr Lagaffe s'en aperçoit. -" Roh, pardon Mademoiselle, du coup on ne vous laisse pas parler!" Je souris et m'apprête à répondre quand Mme Lagaffe m'interrompt: -" Nan mais, n'importe quoi toi!!!.... Et tout en joignant le geste à la parole elle me plaque sa main sur le ventre: -" Tu vois bien qu'elle attend un heureux évenement!!!!!!!!!............" Pyramide & Hiérarchie : piliers de l’intelligence collective ? L’intelligence collective attire beaucoup de personnes qui pensent qu’il s’agit d’un concept ou d’une méthode pour en finir avec des organisations pyramidales d’un autre âge, pour en finir avec la hiérarchie qui opprime et nous transporter dans un monde merveilleux sans chef mais avec des gentils-organisateurs. Les modes collaboratifs non hiérarchiques et tout ce qui est dit “open” en général sont vus comme le modèle de gouvernance de l’avenir. Le reste est “has been” ! La hiérarchie se matérialise par un chef qu’on appelle manager, dirigeants, directeurs, gestionnaires… (parfois ce sont de drôles d’oiseaux !) Depuis 20 ans que je travaille comme chef ou collaborateur, entrepreneur ou salarié, je n’ai rien vu fonctionner efficacement sans chef (sur le niveau ordre). J’ai expérimenté plusieurs fois des situations où il n’y avait pas de chef, en particulier dans le monde associatif. Pourquoi la hiérarchie est fondamentale pour nos organisations ? 1. 2. 3.
