Pour les accros du Scrapbooking, voici de jolies choses à imprimer. Free Printable Craft Template: Birdhouse with Siding, Stucco Walls and Tile Roof. As the weather is getting warmer, and the neighborhood birds are returning from their winter holiday, I was inspired to make birdhouses for my next set of printables.
These birdhouses can be used as gift boxes, storage, ornaments, or nesting boxes for small birds and pets (indoors only). There are two kinds of walls, vertical panels or stucco, in various colors. The roofs are also available in many colors. Simply assemble and insert the bottom. String may be threaded through the center of the roof (punch a hole with a needle) for hanging. I have had finches who nested and raised babies in cardboard boxes fixed to the side of their cage with a twist ties. Print on cardstock, landscape orientation, and select “Scale to fit page”. Heart 2/3 : Birdhouse. That Cute Little Cake: I have a real thing for bird houses.
I find them beautiful and delicate. And they are so versatile, you can use them with many different themes. I have been wanting to try those mini paper bird house boxes for a while and Easter gave me the perfect excuse: I needed some boxes to hold mini cadbury Easter egg (my the kids favourites !). This is an easy project if a little time consuming (well mainly time consuming for me since it takes me ages to decide on paper combinations !). You will need: - Decorative papers or light cardstock - Ribbon - Optional: Transparent film (for the window) - Glue and/or double-sided tape - Scissors or X-facto knife or better still a Silhouette cutting machine (you can import the PDF from the template) The template I used is from Stamping Dani (scroll down the page until you find the Bird House and click on the picture to download the template) The PDF also includes a little bird but I decided to leave it out.
Cut the box, roof and base. Fold the box and glue. Nicholeheady (tuto) 1/2. It is the first of the month and that means another challenge has been issued to the Papertrey Senior Design Team!

The super talented Lenet is asking that we create a card or project using WHITE plus one other color. Neutrals such as cream, black, kraft and brown don’t count as the ‘other’ color. Oh what fun!!! I really couldn’t stop with one, so I made two projects and one card. Lenet has supplied this beautiful photo for inspiration… I was first taken by the birdcage. This is the first little birdhouse made of white card stock. The garden urns and topiaries are stamped, fussy cut and colored with Copic markers. A punch was used to make the decorative eaves and some dried grass is tucked under the little bird.
This time some ecru on white and more embellishment… Again, I used a punch for the eaves but this time, some die cut flourishes and paper flowers for the outside walls. The decorations flow around the corners. My third and final project today is a card using Paper Sweeties. White Challenge 2/2 : Tiny-Birdhouse-Template.jpeg (JPEG Image, 612 × 792 pixels)
