Si vous ne le savez pas déjà, les yakitoris sont de petites brochettes de viande, de poisson, de légumes ou même de fruits très populaires au Japon. Alors oui, j’ai peut-être un peu arrangé et adapté la recette, car j’ai choisi d’utiliser du comté comme fromage et comme je n’ai pas de grill pour cuire les yakitoris, je les ai cuit au four.
