Let’s do a power salad to get through the remainder of the week. Well, at least I had to. My littlest guy is 20 days old and I’m exhausted. I am a planner. Lists are my friends... and order makes me comfortable. :D When I first heard about monthly meal planning, I was a little overwhelmed, thinking "Wow... where do you start with that? I may have tackled the hardest one first—-meal planning. I’ve come up with a way to use some online tools to create a year’s worth of meals in as little as a month. Part One was all about why you should consider developing a meal plan. I guess I haven’t solved everything. And we all have to eat. So, having some sort of plan at getting better only makes sense.
