Lower east side is next door, SOHO, Noho are 10 min walk away.So much to say about my neighborhood …. My apartment is located in a traditional “shitty looking" building of New york.I like open spaces, so no wall in the all space.

The sofas lay flat to easily accommodate 6 people. It's 5 minutes from the metro, near the park, clean, quiet, safe, an amazing place to explore Manhattan from. Perfect for families or groups - no parties please :) I loved this apartment and had to get it. But I won't move in for another few months.
