We have stayed in several airbnb and so far this place is the best. Lorenzo was awesome. He provides a lot of snacks, croissants, toast, jam, milk, juice, coffee, different types of tea. He can't be there but he assigned another Lorenzo to welcome us right on the door when we arrived. He helped with our luggage, it's on the 2nd floor (for italian it's called 1st floor).
