By now most of you know, or have heard, that the Vajrayana Path of Tibetan Buddhism is very special. Who is Dzambhala? What are his qualities? That means: Temples - Kadampa Buddhism. Jetsunma met His Holiness Penor Rinpoche for the first time in 1985 during his visit to the United States. This is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives.
