Last year I forgot to be more grateful for each moment. I had a bit of a hard time keeping up with responsibilities and holding myself accountable for what I had to accomplish. So instead of forgiving and picking myself up, I ended up doing a lot more damage then I ever intended. However, staying in a rut won’t benefit anyone, especially not me. I finally picked myself up, reminded myself that being alive is a huge gift, and realized that it wasn’t such a big deal in the first place. Here are some amazing things to try this year: 1.
