We’re publishing our book as an e-book, so that it can easily be read with a laptop, e-reader, tablet or smartphone. Kiwi Coconut Popsicles. These popsicles are inspired by one of my favorite food blogs of da moment, Lady and Pups. She posted these fig popsicles a few weeks ago and I couldn’t stop staring at them. I mean…they’re just visions. I’ve been looking for ways to use kiwi because I’m pretty sure there are absolutely zero kiwi recipes on this entire blog and I thought that was a bit strange. But then, I realized something: kiwis are best eaten exactly as they come. They don’t need to be ground up or baked or mixed with other fruits or oats. They’re best enjoyed in their very natural and fresh state. I didn’t do much to these except peel them and slice them in half (so they’d fit in the molds properly).
In other news, are you one of those psycho people that can bite into popsicles. Anyway, this weekend + you + these popsicles. Ingredients 2 cans of light coconut milk 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted Pinch of salt 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced Directions. Tangy watermelon pops - Clean Food Dirty City. Truthfully, I never measure the ingredients – I throw some watermelon, strawberries, a big handful of mint and a few squeezes of lime into the blender and blend it all up. They make the most refreshing and hydrating post-beach treat but I also love having them in the freezer for a slightly sweet afternoon snack. Feel free to adjust to your taste, adding more lime to make them tangier or more strawberries to make them sweeter! Method Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and stick in the freezer. To remove popsicles, run the bottom of the popsicle molds in very warm water to release. Enjoy! Note: When using coconut milk I use full-fat coconut milk because it gives the popsicles a creamier texture. Tayberry, Rose Geranium + Buttermilk Popsicles.
