Matt & I have a saying around our house that if one of us is grumpy then we are a Grumpasaurus.
I’d been batting around the idea for awhile of knitting him up a toy version of the Grumpasaur & came up with this little guy. I thought he was cute enough to share with all of you. This was supposed to be a stocking stuffer for Christmas & then a Valentine’s Day gift but I actually just finished it yesterday. I had to keep starting over to get the shapes I wanted for the body & the tail. Of, course you don’t have to make your dinosaur grumpy, have fun embroidering any expression you want. Spud & Chloë — Blog. Hi Spud & Chloë Friends, I am happy to bring you the complete Tiny Turkey pattern today.
Since I have already written so much about this project I will keep it short today. The Tiny Turkey was originally presented in a six part series as a knitalong project. The dates for the original knitalong were Oct. 30th through November 6th, 2009, each part is a separate blog post. Please feel free to browse through these past posts for in depth details and photos of the Tiny Turkey in progress. There are already many completed turkeys on Ravelry. Sugar Bunny. Free Bunny Rabbit Toy Knitting Pattern by Raynor Gellatly.
This pattern has been in my free project pipeline for a long time. The original is a very popular crochet rabbit from the Lions Brand website known as Best Bunny, I think this finished toy is adorable and so sweet hence why I've re-named it as the Sugar Bunny. This toy was a huge hit with my one year old, she swiped it as soon as I had finished it off. however my two year old also wanted to give it hugs so it looks like i'll have to be knitting up more already. At least it has the official child seal of approval! As always I love seeing the variety of toys people come up from my patterns so I'd love to see these adorable little bunnies knit in a whole array of colours, and remember to show off you work on the knitted toy box group. This pattern is now available in Spanish thank to the wonderful Hatsuka for taking time to translate.

Baby Elephant Talk I once had this boyfriend whose sole culinary accomplishment was mastery of a much-cherished family recipe known as “Mrs.
Hamilton’s Cake.” He said he got it from his mother, who invariably produced it when called upon to furnish dessert for a pot luck or family reunion. My boyfriend’s mother was not a Hamilton by birth or marriage. Nor was her mother, nor indeed were any of her relations. As it happened, nobody in the family could remember who Mrs. Today we’re going to talk about a toy elephant pattern from the first half of the twentieth century with similar shadowy origins. But no, I’m getting ahead of myself. FH: I suppose if we’re going to record the full history of the knitted elephant, we ought to know something about how it is you started knitting.

When I was writing up the pattern for Ariana, I found a page of notes I had forgotten I took for another item I made quite awhile ago.
It is obviously taken right from my design for the HP Bags.
