I'm going to start off with the "bad" just cause I feel it is really important to know when determining how much to buy: The pattern repeats about every 20.5 inches. This means that if you are doing something such as a backsplash, to get the bricks to line up, you'll have about 10 - 20.5"x20.5" squares. So you really won't get your "30.75 sqft" coverage unless you use it in the full 18 ft strip. On to everything else I love about this product. First, this stuff is not real wallpaper, so isn't going to be as "thick" and permanent as real wallpaper. On to everything else I love about this product.
