Certainly the most passionate and defiant cultural stand was taken by Tara Jill Tara Jill Ciccarone, who installed The International Special Sacred Shrine of Jon Bon Jovi on her front porch. The altar -- one could call it nothing less -- in the 2900 block of Maurepas Street, welcomes all who wish to revel in the presence of the New Jersey rocker, as much maligned as adored during his festival visit.
