SciNote - Open Source Scientific Notebook by Klemen Zupancic —Kickstarter. Rapid scientific progress generates more and more data.
However, most researchers still use paper laboratory notebooks to keep track of their experiments and projects. Now it is time for a change. Lost scientific results and hours spent writing, cutting, gluing and searching your printed digital data in your paper laboratory journals are history. We are introducing sciNote, a new open source electronic scientific notebook, that helps you manage your laboratory work and stores all your experimental data in one place. sciNote is specifically designed for life science students, researchers, lab technicians and laboratory managers. If you'd like to be informed when sciNote is released, click here to subscribe or visit our page at www.scinote.net. sciNote is designed to be very intuitive so you can start using it immediately. SciNote keeps your work organized in projects to which you can assign people, add tags and set due dates. In a module you can create steps of a protocol. Mango: A Compact Size FPGA Research Platform by LASARRUS Clinic and Research Center —Kickstarter. Risks and challenges Fabricating and assembling multiple Mango boards comes with some risk, this includes testing of circuit boards, potential for long component lead times, and component availability. All of these can affect the expected production time, which is about two months. Production typically includes, 2-3 weeks for fabrication of printed circuit boards (PCBs), 3-4 weeks for assembly of the parts unto the PCBs and 2-3 weeks for testing of the circuit boards.
A significant portion of the testing will be done in house to ensure that each Mango board is fully checked out. As the quantities increase we will need to hire some help to ensure that we can sustain the high demand while ensuring that you will be getting the best quality product as promised. Nevertheless, if any problems ever arise during the production of the Mango boards we will be sure to update you – our Kickstarter bankers first.
NX1. The First Fast 3D Printer by NEXA3D —Kickstarter. Nexa3D introduces NX1, the world’s first 3D printer designed for everybody: Professionals, hobbyists, makers and families; for both the home and office.
NX1 is the first resin 3D printer based on Nexa3D’s new revolutionary self-Lubricant Sublayer Photocuring (LSPc) technology. The NX1 introduces a new concept of 3D creation: the era of fast 3D printing. While everybody else was focused on how to keep users happy as they waited hours and hours for their 3D objects to print, Nexa3D focused on simply eliminating the wait times in the first place. Extreme speed, desktop design, high precision and smart features, make the NX1 different from any other 3D printer.

OUYA: A New Kind of Video Game Console by OUYA. We just added game streaming through OnLive!
