Use your tape measure to measure the width and height of your window. Iron the fabric to remove any wrinkles or creases. Measure out your fabric. Cut the fabric to size. Fold in both sides of the fabric 1/2-inch and press. Lay the hem tape in the fold in the fabric. Use the iron to fuse the hem tape into place.
