Chris Blackwell, né le à Londres (Angleterre), est un producteur de musique anglais, fondateur du label Island Records. Il compte parmi les fondateurs de l'industrie musicale jamaïcaine et participe à l'expansion internationale du reggae, notamment grâce à Bob Marley, qu'il engage sur son label au début des années 1970 et qui connaît un succès planétaire.
