Biographie[modifier | modifier le code] Michael Geist détient un Bachelor of Laws du Osgoode Hall Law School (Canada), un Master of Laws de l'université de Cambridge (Angleterre) et un Doctor of Laws du Columbia Law School (États-Unis)[1]. Depuis 1999, il tient un blogue qui présente ses opinions sur le droit de la propriété intellectuelle au Canada. De 2010 à 2013, il publie des éditoriaux (columns) sur l'incidence des nouvelles technologies en lien avec la propriété intellectuelle. En 2013, il est professeur de droit à l'université d'Ottawa au Canada[1].

My research, which focuses on misperceptions about politics and health care, has been published in journals including the American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, Political Analysis, Political Behavior, Political Psychology, Pediatrics, Medical Care, Vaccine, Journal of Adolescent Health, and Social Networks. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at Duke University in 2009 and served as a RWJ Scholar in Health Policy Research at the University of Michigan from 2009-2011.
I am a contributor to The Upshot at The New York Times (March 2014-).
