(Harry Papadopoulos) After the announcement on Sunday evening that Peter Capaldi would be playing the Twelfth Doctor in Doctor Who, Chris Hardwick was quick to mention the fun fact that Capaldi once played in a punk band with fellow Scot and Late Late Show host, Craig Ferguson. The band, called Dreamboys, featured Capaldi as guitar player and lead vocalist while Ferguson played drums.

In 1980, the band released a three-song 7” vinyl record which was recorded live at Hellfire Club Glasgow in October of that year.
