Easy anklet slipper sock. I have recently renewed my passion for crocheting, I have not crocheted since I was a kid and I was not very into it then how ever I find now that as an adult I quiet enjoy it.
I have created my own pattern for a pair of anklet slipper socks that can easily be modified to fit any size and even turned into more of a boot/calf style bootie. materials: 1 Skein of yarn ( your choice) I used Red heart super saver in black Hook: H/8-5.00mm yarn needle for weaving in tail of yarn 2-3 stich markers and about an hour of crochet time. Stiches: Magic ring Dc (double crochet) Sc ( single crochet) This pattern is done for a size 8-10 women's wide. to adjust this simply measure as you go by slipping the toe cup over your foot every few rows and that way you can custom fit it to your foot .Note: do not join rows simply continue with first stich of next row in first stich of last row, this will allow for a seamless sock/project.
Row1: make a magic ring and crochet 10 Dc in ring pull tail to close ring. Ultimate Crochet Socks. Author by Dorothy Hardy Introduction I like crocheting socks from the toe-up.
You can try them on as you go and adjust the calf length to the amount of yarn remaining. I also like to crochet the heel as I go; no after-thoughts for me. Materials List MC: Gedifra Fashion Trend Sportivoe (70% superwash wool, 23% polyamid, 7% polyester, 200m/50g), color – 5768, 2 balls per pair Substitute: About 400m of any sock yarn US F/3.75mm hook for body of sockUS E /3.5mm hook for cuff Yarn needleStitch markers Finished Size Circumference of foot: 8 [8.75,9.5] inches Length: to fit Gauge 20 esc / 20 rows = 4 inches Gauge is measured over extended single crochet.
