He made the case that, based on the evolution of what has been learned about abductions, the purpose of the phenomena is ultimately for ET hybrids to be integrated into our society. Jacobs noted that the timetable for this integration had seemed nebulous until around 2003, when he began hearing from abductees that "they were here.
