Toute personne peut appeler la bibliothèque pour lui demander n’importe quelle information, et ces questions ne se limitent pas au monde du livre. D’ailleurs, elles sont souvent peu de rapport avec lui, étant surtout des demandes utiles pour la vie de tous les jours. Ci-dessous, quelques exemples de ces demandes : Quelqu’un cherchait la trace d’actes de Parlement qui prouvaient que le County Council ne peut pas fermer un parc pendant des événements spéciaux; un autre une liste de bandes dessinées pour les enfants; ou encore où trouver une formation pour travailler dans un centre d’appels; où acheter une machine de tombola; ou même comment apprendre l’accent écossais !

The library is located in the same building as the Nottingham City Council Contact Centre. We are making improvements to our IT network and self-service equipment at Nottingham Central Library and our 24-7 returns unit is currently not available.
