Tree Trunks the Elephant pattern by Patricia Castillo. TMNT Michaelangelo. Ok, well I don't guess this guy needs any real explanation or introduction.
Untitled. In my opinion moose is the ultimate Christmas animal, so I thought of making one this season.
Unlike most of my other projects that are knitted this toy is crocheted. Crocheting seemed like a logical way of making it since most amigurumi-type toys are crocheted. Besides, crocheting lends itself to making all sorts of amazing smooth shapes without much effort. Yarn and Crochet I had a few skeins of really bulky Gianna yarn (50% soysilk, 50% wool) which would have been perfect for a throw had I about 20 of them. 1 skein of dark brown yarn for antlers and feet (100g/83m)4 skeins of light brown yarn for head, body, and legs (100g/83m)Crochet size 9 (I) Pattern. I found a Koala Amigurumi Pattern in the Woman’s Day website and I have some off-white and gray organic cotton yarns on hand, so I made a pair of these small little stuffed koalas for my kids in reverse color.
Some ideas to make it differently: 1. This adorable little koala is about 3-5″ tall only (depend on your yarn and the matching hook size), install a key ring on it’s head and turn it into a key chain, hang it to the bag’s zipper. 2. If we sew the limbs closer to the center of the body and insert 4 small strong magnets to the tip of each limb, you can make it “huggy” and hug on a tree branch or at the edge of your curtain or your pencil, ruler etc… 3. And, and…. instead of poly-fills, stuff beads into the body to weight it down and with the magnets of it limbs, it can be a cute memo holder on your desk too 4. Find the appropriate positions for the ears, approx at the center of the vertical cross section of the head, middle of the height.
Lastly, stuff and sew the limbs to the body. Brown Pony. If you can't see the pictures, right click on them and select view picture.

Crochet Goldfish. Free Crochet Pattern 70589AD Amigurumi Pig. Clara the Spotted Jellyfish. In my opinion, Princess Jellyfish is one of the cutest anime to come out in awhile.
Because I love almost anything cute, I fell in love with Clara the spotted jellyfish">Clara the spotted jellyfish and had to turn her into an amigurumi! I started off by looking through various images of Clara so I could get an idea of what shapes I would need to make and their proportions. The basic shapes were an oval for her head and body and cylinders with a circle at the end for the tentacles. I then needed to take into consideration other elements of Clara's design that make her a unique character. These would be her spots, ruffles, and face. Mauritius Dodo.
