MLP Drinking Card Game. A MLP Drinking game is being tested/perfected over on Ponychan, based off of the old 4chan drinking game from a while back.
Right now they have a total of 161 cards, though it does tend to pile on the alcohol pretty quick. It's being modified a bit to add some defensive cards, but for now, if you just assume a "drink" is a "sip" then it looks like it would be a lot of fun!
