Pour 1 personne: 10 cl de limonade1 CàS de ouzo1 CàS de sirop de fraise (où grenadine)2 CàS de curaçao bleu Technique: Versez le sirop au fond du verre.Mélangez la limonade et le ouzo dans un petit récipient (bol).En retournant la CàS et en appuyant la pointe contre le verre, versez tout doucement le mélange ouzo/limonade sur le sirop.Ajoutez délicatement le curaçao bleu et servez avec une touillette à cocktail.
Le fait de placer la cuillère à l'envers et appuyée contre le bord du verre, évite que le sirop et la limonade ne se mélange.
