The 2016 Android Developer Toolbox Whether your native Android app is a pet project or has millions of users, you probably need the right tools during development to help you modify persisted data in real time, simulate a slow/unstable HTTP(s) connection, detect bugs as fast as possible, or create mock servers to anticipate the development of a feature. We’ll make a demonstration of all the tools we use in 2016 to write maintainable code and improve our productivity. My name is Gautier. I’m very happy to be at Mobilization in order to talk about the 2016 Android Developer Toolbox. It was the first day of my new job at a new company. I’m being paid to live in a warfield that was a legacy project which I have to maintain. This talk is about choosing the right tools for your Android Development. The first tool is Gradle. Build variants allow you to create different versions of the same application, with almost the same source code and with slight changes. Here are examples of what you can do to the internal version:

Cyberhoarding: The 5 best services for saving stuff online | VentureBeat | News | by Sarah Mitroff Want to master the CMO role? Join us for GrowthBeat Summit on June 1-2 in Boston, where we'll discuss how to merge creativity with technology to drive growth. Space is limited and we're limiting attendance to CMOs and top marketing execs. Editor’s note: Former VentureBeat intern Sarah Mitroff wrote this post before leaving us for her new gig at Wired. Five content-saving services have hit the market, but only the fastest and easiest to use will win. To wrangle years of newspaper clippings, recipe cards, photos, and videos into an organized space, I decided to put Evernote, Springpad, Clipboard, Bitly’s Bitmarks, and Minilogs, a new link-saving service, to the test. Evernote: quick and comprehensive As I prepared for this post, Evernote was my favorite to win. Best for: making notes and saving webpages. Springpad: content-aware and robust Springpad and I go back a few years: I started using it to save recipes before its big redesign earlier this year. Best for: saving content with context.

Retina horizontal cell Horizontal cells are the laterally interconnecting neurons having cell bodies in the inner nuclear layer of the retina of vertebrate eyes. They help integrate and regulate the input from multiple photoreceptor cells. Among their functions, horizontal cells are responsible for allowing eyes to adjust to see well under both bright and dim light conditions. The four types of retinal neurons are bipolar cells, ganglion cells, horizontal cells, and amacrine cells. Organization[edit] There are three basic types of horizontal cells, designated HI, HII and HIII. The HII cells also make connections with rods, but do so far enough away from the horizontal cell's soma such that they do not interfere with the activities of the cones. Horizontal cells span across cones and summate inputs before feeding back onto the photoreceptor cells, hyperpolarizing them. There is a greater density of horizontal cells towards the central region of the retina. Functional properties[edit] Illumination then but not then:
