Save Money On Groceries
Updated September 24, 2014. You can save money at the grocery store without giving up healthy foods. The key is to keep a kitchen inventory and plan your meals based on what's in season and what's on sale. Kitchen Inventory Take a look in your kitchen cabinets to see what you've got on hand. Plan Your Meals Make a full meal plan for the week, or at least think about some of the foods you plan on preparing, or what you like to have on hand. When you plan your meals, choose several recipes that use the same perishable ingredients. Plan for Leftovers So maybe roast beef is on sale, and you don't want three nights of it. Planning your meals takes time, but you'll save money. Buy a water-filter pitcher instead of expensive individual bottles of water.

The 4 Most Popular Fat Myths Debunked
You are what you eat. And so to avoid health problems, you must make healthy food choices. Dietary fat has a long time reputation of being unhealthy. But is that really true? 1. Caloric excess by eating more and/or burning less => fat/weight gain.Caloric deficit by eating less and/or burning more => fat/weight loss. Cinnamon Raisin Bread
I mean who doesn’t love raisin cinnamon bread?? I love it dearly, but have fairly high standards for the stuff. First off, it needs to have some heft to it…yeasty, but still light enough to toast up nicely. If that sounds good to you, then you really need to think about making this for yourself. I started with the Light Wheat Bread recipe from the Bread Bakers Apprentice cookbook as the basis, added some gluten, for that heft I was talking about, raisins, and a good dusting of cinnamon sugar. Since we’re using instant yeast in this, it’s just a matter of combining all your dough ingredients into a bowl, mixing, kneading, rolling into a ball, and letting it rise for a couple of hours. Then roll it into a rectangle and apply the cinnamon sugar… Roll it up, place it in your loaf pan and let it rise a final time. Then bake.... cool and slice.
