Mean Green Juice Recipes | My Juice Cleanse
I’m on Day 17 of my Juice Reboot! I watched Joe Cross’s film “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” and I was inspired. After two back surgeries, may procedures, and severe chronic pain, I’ve ballooned up in weight. I’ve tried every diet but my metabolism seems out of sync with all the cortisone injections and medicines. So far, I’ve only lost 10 pounds but I’ve lost 2 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips and my pants are hanging more loosely. Of course, I should have gone to my doctor already but I plan to do so next week. I bought the Breville Juice Fountain Plus, centrifugal juicer. My favorite recipe is 3 apples, 3 carrots, 3-6 Kale leaves, piece of ginger size of thumb. For you ladies, I’ve also noticed that the pores on my nose have shrunk a bit. Good luck to you all and happy juicing!

Mediterranean Fish Stew - Bouillabaisse at Cooking Melangery
Different variations of bouillabaisse abound along the Mediterranean coast - every village seems to have its own version - and almost any combination of fish and shellfish can be used. It helps for people to know that bouillabaisse du pecheur was originally prepared using sea water, which was boiled up on the beach while the fishermen were untangling their nets. When the water boiled, in went the fish that were destined for the soup, along with fennel, tomatoes and so on, to cook. It is worth pointing out that spiny lobster can never be seen as an essential ingredient of bouillabaisse, because it was originally a very simple dish to use up the fish that were either damaged or had not been sold. There are certain ground rules that must be adhered to: The freshness of the fish is the prime rule. The variety and quantity of fish contributes decisively to the quantity of the stock on which the soup is based. Heat some olive oil in a large pot and then brown the meat in the pot. Add in the crushed garlic and stir until fragrant, just another minute or two. While the stew simmers, chop up all of your vegetables. Melt the butter in another large pot. Add the vegetables to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are golden, about 15 minutes. Crock Pot Honey Sesame Chicken
I owe my mom for finding this recipe for me! I have been so busy back and forth from the hospital that she has been such a help in having dinner ready for me when I go home to feed my baby. She made this for dinner, and I kid you not, every single person in my family LOVED it! And I mean everyone… My mom, dad, my brother, my two sisters, my brother in law, AND my picky 2 year old! My husband probably would have loved it too had he not been on a diet restriction at the time!
