Nimbit.com UN PASEO CON LOS BEATLES November 1, 2013 -- Camden New Journal (UK) Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy have joined a red-carpet cast fighting to prevent a yoga centre in Primrose Hill being turned into new offices and homes. Planning chiefs have been bombarded with objections after being asked to consider proposals for the Leeder House building in Erskine Road, currently home to the Triyoga Centre. In a statement sent to the New Journal, Sir Paul and Nancy Shevell, his American businesswoman wife, who uses the centre, said: "Triyoga is as much a part of Primrose Hill as the hill itself. It is an invaluable resource to the local community. To think that it might be lost to the area is an unforgivable mistake." Sir Paul's photographer daughter Mary McCartney added that she was "shocked and upset" to hear that Triyoga could be ousted from its base. She said: "I would be concerned the area would lose part of its charm and character. 01 de noviembre 2013 - Camden New Journal ( Reino Unido )
Keyboard Switch - Laugh Break For a computer programming class, I sat directly across from someone, and our computers were facing away from each other. A few minutes into the class, she got up to leave the room. I reached between our computers and switched the inputs for the keyboards. She came back and started typing and immediately got a distressed look on her face. She called the teacher over and explained that no matter what she typed, nothing would happen. I started to type, "Leave me alone!" They both jumped back, silenced. I typed, "I said leave me alone!" The kid got real upset. Me: "Don't touch me! Her: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hit your keys that hard." Me: "Who do you think you are anyway?!" Finally, I couldn't contain myself any longer and fell out of my chair laughing. After they had realized what I had done, they both turned beet red. Funny, I never got more than a C- in that class.

The Guitar Noize Regular Maintenance Guide Us guitar players are very experienced at restringing our guitars, polishing them, tuning them up and so on. Many of us adore our guitars and do everything we can to keep them as close to perfect as possible. However, there are always some things that get missed one way or another. Here’s the Guitar Noize Regular Maintenance Guide. Think of a guitar like a machine with moving parts. Remove the strings. Clean the fingerboard. Nut.Nut problems go out of scope for this guide but generally you want it high enough for each string to have clearance across the whole fretboard. Electrics. Bridge. Trem. String up and tune up. Truss Rod. Fret the low string at the first and last frets and spot the gap between the string and the fret which is in the middle of your neck. String Height. Intonation. Pickup Heights. Fret Wire. It really is worth that little bit of extra effort to really keep your guitar fantastically playable!
