Loads of Images and Storyboards from 'Voltron Force' Animated Series World Events Productions has revealed via Facebook some images from the forthcoming Nicktoons animated series, Voltron Force. Based on the 1980s classic Voltron: Defender of the Universe about a team of heroes who drive lion-inspired spaceships that combine to form a giant robot, the new series is just one piece of a true media blitz of new Voltron material. Beyond the 26-episode show that’s slated to debut this Spring, a live-action feature film is in development; there will be comic books from Dynamite; an art book from Moonstone; and video games from THQ, among other products.
