Pepakura File Index - Halo Costuming Wiki
To help newcomers to Halo costuming, we've gathered all of our known Pepakura files that we could post here. For the uninitiated, you're best off grabbing a set of basics and making them, then later making a set of whichever permutations you want. You'll want to practice anyways... We ask that you don't delete anything here. Be respectful, and have fun. Halo Pepakura Database Edit Due to many files here now having dead links, and the difficulty of finding individual files amongst forum threads, a Database has been created to collate these files into a singular, easy to access location. Top Five Regrets of The Dying For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality. When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again. 1. This was the most common regret of all. It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. 2. This came from every male patient that I nursed. By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. 3. Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. We cannot control the reactions of others. 4. Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. 5. Life is a choice.

How I built an electricity producing wind turbine Several years ago I bought some remote property in Arizona. I am an astronomer and wanted a place to practice my hobby far away from the terrible light pollution found near cities of any real size. I found a great piece of property. The problem is, it's so remote that there is no electric service available. That's not really a problem. One thing I noticed right away about my property is that most of the time, the wind is blowing. More details on this project and my other alternative energy projects including my home-built solar panels, and my home-built biomass gasifier can be found on my web site.

Ascendant Justice Wait, I thought you were done with the terminals? What’s this all about? Well, to the point: Visuals. Certain things could not be directly examined in the context of the previous three articles, so as an addendum of sorts, we wanted to show off some of the interesting pictures and symbols found in the terminals – possibly bridging some gaps and filling in cracks within the fiction along the way. Thanks to urk of NeoGAF, we’ve acquired some amazing video captures of the terminal entries at high resolution. Terminal 01 (Normal/Legendary) Terminal 02 (Normal/Legendary) Terminal 03 (Normal/Legendary) Terminal 04 (Normal/Legendary) Terminal 05 (Easy/Normal/Heroic/Legendary) Terminal 06 (Normal/Legendary) Terminal 07 (Normal/Legendary) All-in-all there are 16 terminal instances relating to the Forerunners and their archive. You can also check out HBO’s interesting terminal interface called Forerunner Terminal Network Archives for additional content and ways in which you can view the terminals.

Customer Feedback Not on elBulli's Menu He's been called "the Salvador Dalí of the kitchen" for creations ranging from beetroot and yogurt ice-cream lollipops to a deconstructed Spanish omelet served in a parfait glass. Each year, some 2 million hopeful diners vie to be one of the fifty customers he serves each evening for the six months that elBulli, his restaurant, is open. The world is beating a path to Chef Ferran Adrià's door, but why? "Creativity comes first; then comes the customer," he has said. So what can HBS students learn about marketing from a business owner who says he doesn't care whether or not customers like his product? HBS assistant professor Michael Norton's interest in what motivates seemingly irrational consumer behavior has found a perfect subject in Adrià. "If the product is merely food, Adrià should move the restaurant to Barcelona or Madrid," says Norton, who has written a case on elBulli with Julián Villanueva and Luc Wathieu. Norton asks students to consider the operations and marketing of elBulli.

Mini Bio-gas plant using food waste, decomposable organic material and kitchen waste I have been searching for some method of using the food waste, decomposable organic material and kitchen waste efficiently, and came across information on producing bio-gas from organic waste. The bio-gas produced from food waste, decomposable organic material and kitchen waste, consisting of methane and a little amount of carbon di oxide is an alternative fuel for cooking gas (LPG). Also, the waste materials can be disposed off efficiently without any odor or flies and the digested slurry from the bio-gas unit can be used as an organic manure in the garden. Components of the Bio-gas Plant The major components of the bio-gas plant are a digester tank, an inlet for feeding the kitchen waste, gas holder tank, an outlet for the digested slurry and the gas delivery system for taking out and utilizing the produced gas. This project is also useful for students to have a hands-on learning experience in constructing a Mini Bio-Gas Plant, using locally available material. Material Required: 1.

Obsessions: 'The Big Lebowski' Red carpet reunion: Julianne Moore, Jeff Bridges and John Goodman celebrate Lebowski Fest and the film's Blu-ray release. Fans of "The Big Lebowski" gathered in New York this week for Lebowski Fest The Coen brothers film, which initially flopped, became a pop culture phenomenon Stars including Jeff Bridges, John Goodman and Steve Buscemi participated in a Q&A Goodman: "It's the most fun I ever had working on a film. (CNN) -- Achievers, raise your White Russian tumblers because this "Obsessions" is for you. Do you hate the Eagles? Do you bowl? Compulsively drink White Russians (er, Caucasians)? When the Coen brothers' "The Big Lebowski" hit theaters in 1998 it was, well, a gutter ball, earning just $17.5 million. But the Achievers (the fans of the movie) eventually found it, on VHS and then DVD and now Blu-ray, making it the cult phenomenon it is today. It soon inspired the fan-run Lebowski Fest -- an event that takes place in various cities throughout the year.

This Awesome Urn Will Turn You into a Tree After You Die | Design for Good You don't find many designers working in the funeral business thinking about more creative ways for you to leave this world (and maybe they should be). However, the product designer Gerard Moline has combined the romantic notion of life after death with an eco solution to the dirty business of the actual, you know, transition. His Bios Urn is a biodegradable urn made from coconut shell, compacted peat and cellulose and inside it contains the seed of a tree. Once your remains have been placed into the urn, it can be planted and then the seed germinates and begins to grow. You even have the choice to pick the type of plant you would like to become, depending on what kind of planting space you prefer. I, personally, would much rather leave behind a tree than a tombstone.

$50 fire pit using concrete tree rings. We recently moved from the remote north woods of Wisconsin where people create great lakeside campfires by digging large fire pits into the ground and lining them with large rocks. We now live in a residential neighborhood in the Central Valley of California. Here, campfires are confined to pre-built pits or structures. People build only small controlled fires to minimize the risk of sparks blowing into neighboring combustibles when the fire is left unattended. Even with these restrictions, our family still loves to sit outside around an evening fire in the backyard. Fortunately, while cruising the aisles of Home Depot recently, we saw concrete tree rings (circles that are used for flower beds at the base of a tree) on sale for $2 a section. Materials: Total cost: $50-$80 depending on your taste in stones.
