Photographer Robert Heischman captured the photo above of a gharial - a crocodile with a slender snout from India and neighbouring countries. And he was right, the photo won the adult section of the Weird and Wonderful category. The competition consisted of seven categories for adults and children with a total prize fund of £10,000.
