Latticework In India, the house of a rich or noble person may be built with a baramdah or verandah surrounding every level leading to the living area. The upper floors often have balconies overlooking the street that are shielded by jalis (latticed screens) carved in stone latticework that keeps the area cool and gives privacy.[3] Examples[edit] Latticework window in Iran See also[edit] Notes[edit] External links[edit] Diagrams by Walter Russell Periodic System by Russell (1) Periodic System by Russell (2) Symbol of love extended from rest to motion Symbol of Power The Radial Universe God’s Projection Mirrors of Action Mirror Planes of Reaction The Explosive Action Simultaneous Reaction Sequential Reaction All Action is Omnipresent Repeated Explosions Meet Repeated Explosions The Eight Two-Way Directions of Force The Cube The Sphere Crystal Shapes Gravitation and Radiation X plus Zero equals Zero minus X Basis of Motion Equal Opposite Potentials Interchange Symmetry of the Cube Interchange between Unequal Opposites Interchange between Unequal Opposites 2 Equal Interchange Unequal Volumes 1 Unequal Volumes 2 The Earth is not a Bar Magnet (1) The Earth is not a Bar Magnet (2) The Earth is not a Bar Magnet (3) North South Division and Multiplication East and West North and South in the Cosmos East-West Spherical Planes Light and Darkness Spiral Nebulae The Four Rivers of Light Mirror Planes of the Universe The Six Wave Field Boundary Planes Motion of Light Spiral Mates

The Century of the Self The Untold History of Controlling the Masses Through the Manipulation of Unconscious Desires "The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. Adam Curtis' acclaimed series examines the rise of the all-consuming self against the backdrop of the Freud dynasty. To many in both politics and business, the triumph of the self is the ultimate expression of democracy, where power has finally moved to the people. The Freud dynasty is at the heart of this compelling social history. Sigmund Freud's work into the bubbling and murky world of the subconscious changed the world. Hydrocarbons A functional group is a reactive portion of a molecule. The combinations of functional groups with hydrocarbons produce a vast number of compounds. Particular types of reactions are associated with the functional groups with different structural attachments, giving rise to names associated with such compounds. There are names associated with the functional groups themselves - a good collection of such groups with their names can be found in Wikipedia. A few examples are given below.

Information cascade An information (or informational) cascade occurs when a person observes the actions of others and then—despite possible contradictions in his/her own private information signals—engages in the same acts. A cascade develops, then, when people “abandon their own information in favor of inferences based on earlier people’s actions”.[1] Information cascades provide an explanation for how such situations can occur, how likely they are to cascade incorrect information or actions, how such behavior may arise and desist rapidly, and how effective attempts to originate a cascade tend to be under different conditions.[2] By explaining all of these things, the original Independent Cascade model sought to improve on previous models that were unable to explain cascades of irrational behavior, a cascade's fragility, or the short-lived nature of certain cascades. There are four key conditions in an information cascade model: Basic model[edit] Qualitative example[edit] Quantitative description[edit]

The Flower of Life The flower of life holds a secret through which one can discover the most important and sacred pattern in the universe. This is the source of all that exists; it’s called the Fruit of Life. It contains 13 informational systems. Each one explains another aspect of reality. If you overlay a map (after getting the correct scale) with the complete flower of life, all sacred sites, standing stones etc, will sit at the centre of six points. The creator’s consciousness is said to exist within the sphere and the only thing that physically exists is the membrane of the sphere itself. This “first step” is not to be confused with the “first day”, the latter being in reference to the seven days of creation. The first day is believed to be the creation of the Vesica Piscis, then the creation of the Tripod of Life on the second day, followed by one sphere added for each subsequent day until all seven spheres construct the Seed of Life on the sixth day of Creation.
