Boy, 17, Becomes London’s 28th Murder Victim After Fatal Stabbing
A teenager stabbed to death in West London following a fight has become the capital’s 28th murder victim this year. The victim, believed to be a 17-year-old boy, was discovered with stab injuries outside a block of flats on Union Lane, Isleworth, at around 10.35pm on Friday. Officers carried out first aid and paramedics were called to the scene, but the victim was pronounced dead a short time later. A couple who called the police described finding the bloodied victim on the ground after the fight.
The cost of subsidising UK wind farms has dropped to an all-time low

Results of a government auction on Friday show windfarms will be built in 2025 for as little as £39.65 per megawatt hour, a drop of almost a third since the last offshore wind auction in 2017 and two thirds since one held in 2015. The rapid fall led wind power trade body RenewableUK to claim offshore wind is now the cheapest form of energy in the UK.

Juncker raises prospect of emergency Brexit summit next week
Jean-Claude Juncker has raised the prospect of an emergency summit of EU leaders next week to decide on a Brexit delay, blaming ongoing chaos in Theresa May’s cabinet. The EU has pencilled in April Fools’ Day 2020 as a leading option for Britain’s first day outside the bloc, should the UK government ask Brussels for a lengthy extension of article 50 in three weeks’ time, it can be revealed.
