Myanmar Tourism Promotion Board Japan Travel Guide - Travel to Japan 12 Tips to Help Travel & Explore Korea - Daegu, Korea Rep. Travel Blog Just thought I should share with people the various ways there are to research and plan events in Korea that I've been using 1) Facebook Groups. There are numerous groups that organize trips you can join, and can give you useful information about tours. I join all these groups to get on their mailing lists but dont actually go on the tours. Often they start out from Seoul, so this causes a problem for me living south in Daegu. What you can do is read their itinerary, learn about different regions/events, and do it on your own at a later time. Groups- Seoul Hiking Group- Discover Korea- Daegu Events & Tours- Korea Tourism Organization- Korea Clickers- Seoulite- Busan Daytrippers The first two on the list have something going on pretty much every weekend. 2) Visit Korea is the official Korean Tourism Website. 7) Google is a good way to see more images of a place/event and what to look for.

Gili islands vs Bali Several local tourist destinations in Indonesia have come under the spotlight in recent years, yet it seems like only a handful are comparable to the famous island of Bali, though the Gili islands in Lombok are among the scant few. Of course one can argue that there are places that surpass Bali in terms of beautiful scenery, having better hotels, and those that have more unique tradition and culture to experience. However, finding one that can challenge Bali on all fronts is a different matter. The list below demonstrates how Gili has risen to the challenge. Beautiful beaches As in most tropical tourist hubs, the beach obviously plays an important role because it is one of the main selling points. Although, the white sand beaches around Gili’s three islands (Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno), rival any found in Bali. Available lodging After decades of thriving from tourism, Bali is now filled with bed and breakfast services for all budgets. Easy access A place to party Culinary delights
