The United States Senate Committee on Finance: Home Leadership Development - Results focused Leadership thinking and practice from around the Globe FSA - Economic and Policy Analysis EPAS's work is largely quantitative market and program analysis - supply, demand, price, incoming, participation rates, and outlay estimates/projections. EPAS employees have an economics or agricultural economics background - about three-fourths with doctorate degrees and one-fourth with masters' degrees.
