Imp Head Color 1 Ten Stone Tea was a bit of an adventure for me. I had been feeling artistically weighed down with a seemingly endless parade of freelance jobs not to mention my full time, nine to five job. After I finally got a little bit of time for myself I decided that to keep myself fresh and to recharge my batteries I would do a painting just for me. This is the result. To tell you the God's honest truth I wasn't really sure of what to paint when I started and frankly most of the elements in this painting are stuff I put in on the fly. I would also like to note I was so enamoured with the method and the style of this painting I decided this would only be the very first in a long series of paintings that I will at some future date collect into a book and publish.
Watch the Mashup You Wait for Every Year: 25 of 2012's Best Songs The sixth video in the annual "United State of Pop" mashup series from Jordan Roseman — a laptop-based music maker better known as DJ Earworm — has arrived ahead of schedule. The mashup, "Shine Brighter," combines 25 of the year's hottest songs based on Billboard rankings. DJ Earworm's mashups typically come out on Christmas Day, but he released this one early because other people's mashups were starting to surface. Lyrics from Katy Perry's "Wide Awake" and Rihanna's "Diamonds" are heavily infused in the mashup, while Kesha's "Die Young" serves as a major backing track. Here are the 25 songs blended into "Shine Brighter": Gotye and Kimbra's "Somebody That I Used To Know"Fun.' The first "United State of Pop" mashup was uploaded in 2007.

Between the Seconds With the click of a shutter sometimes we become privy to the strange world that occurs between the seconds. Beethoven When Beethoven passed away, he was buried in a churchyard. A couple days later, the town drunk was walking through the cemetery and heard some strange noise coming from the area where Beethoven was buried. Terrified, the drunk ran and got the priest to come and listen to it. The priest bent close to the grave and heard some faint, unrecognizable music coming from the grave. Frightened, the priest ran and got the town magistrate.
