Video Lesson: The Job Interview - The English Blog The Job Interview is a topic I do with nearly all my EM Normandie students at some time or other, and I'm always on the lookout for videos which show job interview situations. Up until now, this is the best one I've found (let me know if you have any other suggestions!) since it can be used at various levels (lower to upper intermediate) and contains many of the classic job interview questions. As it contains a lot of useful language and is quite dense, I find it works best when the students watch it in the multimedia lab at their own pace with the questionnaire (see below for lesson materials). I usually then go through it once more using the videoprojector in order to correct their answers and make some comments. UK vs. USA Education System According to the world university rankings compiled by the Times Higher Education, more than half of the world’s top 200 universities are located in either the US or the UK. Both countries share a rich tradition of quality higher education, excellent research facilities, and a culture that promotes intellectualism as well as academic freedom.
