Aren’t they faaaaabulous?! Buy them here. I love tea, but I’m no expert. For people of the UK, have this one with you while you’re meal planning or grocery shopping! I’ve fond some other helpful charts that I’ll share in another post! Yay charts!

Dinner Rolls - Baking Glory - The very best of baking, recipes from all around the world, tested in my own kitchen. Visit our sister site JoCooks.com for more recipes. Whenever I am bored of the same old bread I find at our local grocery store, I turn to my baking hobby and start making some. This time I gave these guys a shot and let me tell you, nothing compares to fresh baked rolls just pulled hot from the oven. This recipe is definitely a “must try” for all baking passionate out there. OK, start with your mixer bowl. In a cup or one of those measuring things, add the yeast along with a tsp of sugar and half of the milk, lukewarm. Now take a sauce pan and heat the milk and butter, until the butter melts. When you are satisfied with the result, take it out and punch it down for a few times, then cut it into 16 pieces. At this point you can brush the rolls with the egg whites and sprinkle with poppy seeds, or sesame seed, or… whatever you want. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 375° F / 190° C for about 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy your rolls, I couldn’t stop from eating Ingredients Have fun!

Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce This delectable, tangy, strange, creamy, and bold pan sauce is one of my favorites, and I’m getting ready to tell you why. Are you ready? Here goes: It’s delectable, tangy, strange, creamy, and bold! That’s why. But really, guys. Make it for someone you love sometime soon. The Cast of Characters: boneless/skinless chicken breasts, garlic, brandy, Dijon mustard, grainy Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and (not pictured because I am chronically airheaded when it comes to taking complete Cast of Character photos) olive oil, butter, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken breasts in half like this… (Nice hand, Ree. (Not.) So that you wind up with eight smaller, thinner chicken cutlets. Thoroughly salt and pepper both sides of the chicken… Then I need you to use your imagination. The reason I need you to imagine it is that I inexplicably forgot to take photos of the chicken cooking in the skillet. Don’t be like me. Reduce the heat in the skillet a bit, then throw in a bunch of minced garlic.

Lovin From the Oven: Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookies - StumbleUpon Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookies I procrastinate from my homework the best when I’m baking. Seriously. Instead of writing a 1000 word paper, I browse through my bookmarks on my computer and decide what I want to bake. After figuring out my next culinary mission, I get right to it and start mixing my little heart away. Were these cookies worth it? Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookies Ingredients 1 stick softened butter 6 Tablespoons sugar 6 Tablespoons brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 ¼ cup flour ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 11 broken pieces Oreo Cookies 1 cup chocolate chips Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Cream butter, and sugars until well combined.Add egg and vanilla until mixed well.

Kale with Sausage and White Beans Recipe We used curly kale for this recipe, but you could use any kale, as well as chard, turnip greens, beet greens, or collards. A splash of vinegar (sherry, red wine, cider) is a nice touch right at the end of cooking. Method 1 Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add the bulk sausage; if you can't find bulk sausage, remove the casings on the links. 2 Add the kale, sprinkle salt over everything, then add the chicken stock. 3 Uncover, mix everything well (the kale will have cooked down by now) and add the beans.

The Pastry Affair - Home - Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart&Bread - StumbleUpon I once made the driest pancake in the world. I can see you sitting at home, staring at your computer screen, and scoffing at my bold statement. Driest pancake in the world? Yeah, right. Let me share my story with you. A few years back, I made chocolate chip pancakes. Quickly flash to the next morning. Still cold. Confusion. Was the microwave broken? I got angry, as one will when they want food and want it now. When I took it out, the pancake was slightly less cool. It took me a few hours to realize what had happened. It only stands to reason that my pancake was so utterly dry that there wasn't enough water in it to be absorbed by the microwaves. Thus, the world's driest pancake was born. And to think I took a bite... Luckily, this Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread is definitely not dry. One Year Ago: Chocolate Orange Miniature Cakes Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread Yields 1 loaf In a large mixing bowl, stir together the yeast and water. Punch down the dough.

This recipe was slightly modified from the The Salt Solution Cookbook, a wonderful cookbook with over 200 recipes that offers solutions on how to cut your sodium while boosting flavor. In this dish, a touch of vinegar, fresh sage and crumbled feta give this dish a flavor boost without the need for salt. Even I didn't miss the salt, and I like my salt. This week, I'm giving away 3 copies of The Salt Solution Cookbook and The Salt Solution, both written by Heather K. And I really think you will love this one pan dish; it's lean, high in fiber and full of flavor!
