I opened my third eye and I regret it, page 4 I see this pdf file has been mentioned on ATS back in 2009. I never did see it then, it seems to be quite a long read. I copied a technique several years ago that was posted on ATS; I tried to do a search so that I can credit the original poster on this one but I cannot find it. Here was the technique: If anyone knows who the Author is I would appreciate knowing so that credit can be given! I find this technique quite stimulating! This was copied here from ATS several years ago, but I do not know who to credit for its authorship! Please read all of the following if you wish to perform this exercise. The 3rd Eye is directly related to the 6th chakra; the psychic chakra, located on the middle of the forehead above the brows. In the average person, the pineal gland is atrophied and dormant. The pineal gland is like a grape in size; like a raisin in most people where it remains dormant. Opening the pineal gland/3rd eye: This is done with a specific tone and chant. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 1. 2. 1.
Sacred Centers - The Chakras Portal - Pathways for Personal and The Chakra System originated within the yoga traditions of India, most specifically the Tantric period, circa 500 – 1000 AD. Therefore, yoga is an ideally designed practice to not only train your mind and body, but to access your chakras. The word yoga means yoke or union, and one can see how the chakra system represents the structural aspect of that yoke — the means through which mind and body, mortal and divine, connect. In that way yoga is the prime tool for accessing this sacred architecture of the soul. The postures listed below are grouped according to chakra. Seane Corn recently told me…”Anodea, you have had a huge influence on me personally as a student and the impact it has had on me as a teacher. We have two audio recordings of yoga practices: The Chakra Balancing Kit includes a set of seven chakra based sun salutations, with variations for each chakra as a morning practice. Opening Chakras, Proceed With Caution Beware of Opening Chakras Chakras are focal points within ourselves where we can connect with and express the Inner Light of our true nature. But most people have not purified and awakened these energy centers so they hardly function at all. Spiritual and energy practices can help awaken these energy centers so that the radiance of our true nature, our life force, can shine, uplifting our consciousness and radiating out into the world. The problem with open chakras is that we can be too open and attuned to negativity and pain. We don't want to learn tools for opening chakras but rather learn to gradually and safely cleanse and awaken them. My Experience With Helping Folks Awaken Chakras I’ve been practicing and teaching meditation for over 40 years. Folks have come to me in pain, confusion and anxiety, who have practiced opening chakras on their own, often from a book or the internet. I’ve helped them come back to balance, through Energy Healing and guided energy meditation practices.

"The Secret Behind The Chakras" By Laura Lee Mistycah (Written: 12-22-07) The information I'm about to disclose to you may shock you, may scare you, and may upset you…OR it may LIBERATE YOU....(which is what it is intended to do.) Last October during our Knights Training in Spokane, we had a small but very powerful group who made quantum leaps personally as well as for the Indigo Nation and the Planet during that time. Here are pictures of the chakra system from Barbara Brennan's book, "Hands of Light." Here is a picture that illustrates how the chakras are used to "Steal energy" or "Vampire Energy" from others. What we discovered was: 1- The Chakra system is an imposed system that is NOT our natural state. 2- The chakras or "Cones" were placed there so that specific energies could be accessed. 3- Our original state was to have energy that emits from our "Core" or Sun/Star in the Chest / Solar-Plexus area. NOTE! I checked everyone in the group for what percentage they were using this system. "I never liked "my" chakras.
The Power of the Chakras The following is excerpted from Spiritual Clearings: Sacred Practices to Release Negative Energy and Harmonize Your Life (North Atlantic Books 2009) Chakra Assessments The word chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit. Chakras are the body's subtle energy vortices. The first chakra is located at the base of the spine. The second chakra is located in the gonads area below the navel. The third chakra is located in the solar plexus above the navel. The fourth chakra is located a little to the right of the heart area. The fifth chakra is located in the throat area. The sixth chakra is located between the eyebrows, just above the bridge of the nose. The seventh chakra is located at the top of the pineal gland and controls the upper region of the brain. All seven chakras are interdependent and develop gradually after years of yoga and meditation practices. Each chakra nourishes a specific endocrine gland, which energizes different body structures. How to Cleanse Your Own Chakras: A Remedy for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Illness - Earth Energy Healings It’s easier than it sounds, and while I perform a more complex ritual for myself, which I will write about in depth at later date, this version is a very quick and effective method of self-chakra cleansing. Step 1: Grounding Meditation. Grounding yourself is essential first step in all intuitive practices! Check out these posts here, and here, for instructions on how to do this. You’ll use the earth energy that you pull up during the grounding meditation to run through each of your chakras, so this step is important. Step 2: Open Chakras. Step 3. Step 4. Once that time comes, starting at the crown, start pulling out those streams of energy like you are unplugging extension cords, one by one, imagining them falling back to the Earth. Like turning off the energy flow, we start at the crown and imagine a radio knob associated with each chakra. Unsure of what “feels right”? Cleanse those chakras. Well wishes on your journey, Sarah
Chakra Removal | A Next Step in Removing our Limitations and Manifesting our Greater Presence Nadi (yoga) Chakra Kundalini Diagram Nāḍi (tube, pipe") are the channels through which, in traditional Indian medicine and spiritual science, the energies of the subtle body are said to flow. They connect at special points of intensity called chakras. The word "nadi" is pronounced as "naRdi", with R+d loosely pronounced together (the effort is made by the tip of the tongue; it curls up, pointing backwards, then springs forward to lie flat). An early version of the nadi system is mentioned in the Katha Upanishad, which says: "A hundred and one are the arteries of the heart, one of them leads up to the crown of the head. One website states: Nadis are not nerves but rather channels for the flow of consciousness. Nadis are thought to carry a life force energy known as prana in Sanskrit, or qi in Chinese-based systems. The Sat-Cakra-Nirupana, one of the earliest texts on nadis and chakra, explicitly refer to these three main nadis, calling them Sasi, Mihira, and Susumna.
Vibrational Energy Medicine ENERGY PATHWAYS The MERIDIAN & ACUPOINT system began in China around 2698 B.C. This ancient tradition is comprised of energy pathways on the body called meridians or "vessels" or "channels". On each meridian are entryways which are called acupoints or "holes". Note the meridian lines and acupoints on the diagram to the left. Meridians are invisible channels of energy, each with a beginning and end, and each flowing in a specific direction. There are also extra meridians and acupoints. Meridians conduct energy, or qi (pronounced "chi") and move blood between the surface of the body and the internal organs. It is a network through which qi (pronounced "chi") travels to nourish and energize the human body. The purpose of Meridian & Acupoint therapies are to maintain the balance between yin (negative) and yang (positive) forces. The 14 major meridians are listed below. HOW TO ACCESS: Color, light, sound, crystals & stones, subtle aromatherapy and energywork.
