The Spiritual Chakra 8 to 12 back to healing index This article is from the Hermes Reality Creator Series Books and or upcoming books. © copyright 1995 - 2015 by Tom DeLiso / Hermes Trismegistus Besides the normal Chakra Energy System there exists an extended chakra system, which is just now coming into humanity's awareness. The present understanding of the chakra system gives you seven plus one (foot to crown). The first chakra group (zero to seven) are meant to help you with your development in regards to the Earth; they help you to become one with the planet. One of the things that the extended chakra system aids in is the breaking down of the self within the confines of time and space. Now to continue, each spiritual chakra, besides aiding in your own energy development and well being, helps you to touch a particular portion of this more vast Universe. There is a kind of pattern to this opening, if you were to observe it from a perspective of time. You see! Related:  Chakras

I opened my third eye and I regret it, page 4 I see this pdf file has been mentioned on ATS back in 2009. I never did see it then, it seems to be quite a long read. I copied a technique several years ago that was posted on ATS; I tried to do a search so that I can credit the original poster on this one but I cannot find it. Here was the technique: If anyone knows who the Author is I would appreciate knowing so that credit can be given! I find this technique quite stimulating! This was copied here from ATS several years ago, but I do not know who to credit for its authorship! Please read all of the following if you wish to perform this exercise. The 3rd Eye is directly related to the 6th chakra; the psychic chakra, located on the middle of the forehead above the brows. In the average person, the pineal gland is atrophied and dormant. The pineal gland is like a grape in size; like a raisin in most people where it remains dormant. Opening the pineal gland/3rd eye: This is done with a specific tone and chant. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 1. 2. 1.

The 8th Chakra and the Universal Heart First published in Kindred Spirit magazine Mar/Apr 2007 If you find yourself almost overwhelmed by the emotion of a sunset or by the sight of suffering and you feel as though you are breaking open with joy or compassion, the chances are that your 8th chakra is opening. Over five millennia ago, the Vedic spiritual tradition of ancient India recognised that the consciousness of our ego-based selves is mediated through energetic vortices, or chakras. And it is. Heart-centred soul healing Our human experience has sometimes been described as ‘spiritual boot camp’, a view with which, I suspect, most of us would concur. The old adage that ‘a problem can’t be solved from the same level of awareness that caused it’, offers us the key to why it can be so difficult to let go of such energetic dis-ease. It is as though we are standing in a valley and can only see a limited distance around us. Archetypal patterns Releasing patterns A client came to see me in great distress. Opening Chakras, Proceed With Caution Beware of Opening Chakras Chakras are focal points within ourselves where we can connect with and express the Inner Light of our true nature. But most people have not purified and awakened these energy centers so they hardly function at all. Spiritual and energy practices can help awaken these energy centers so that the radiance of our true nature, our life force, can shine, uplifting our consciousness and radiating out into the world. The problem with open chakras is that we can be too open and attuned to negativity and pain. We don't want to learn tools for opening chakras but rather learn to gradually and safely cleanse and awaken them. My Experience With Helping Folks Awaken Chakras I’ve been practicing and teaching meditation for over 40 years. Folks have come to me in pain, confusion and anxiety, who have practiced opening chakras on their own, often from a book or the internet. I’ve helped them come back to balance, through Energy Healing and guided energy meditation practices.

The Eigth Chakra The Eighth Chakra back to healing index This article is from the Hermes Reality Creator Series Books and or upcoming books. It is © copyright 1995 - 2014 by Tom DeLiso / Hermes Trismegistus. Please follow the copyright link for additional copyright information. The first of the spiritual chakra, numbered eight, sits above the 7th chakra about two feet. Now, you may not understand why this center holds your karmic residue, so let's explore this a bit, as when I get into the healing aspect of this chakra you will need to understand its significance. Because of this strong karmic connection, when this center opens, it is not without its duress. Also, at the same time that you have to deal with all this new information about yourself and the universe, you have to deal with new psychic abilities. Now because karma is involved here, any kind of healing that can bring out and clear past life trauma or patterns will help the individual. All chakras possess a certain number of vortices.

"The Secret Behind The Chakras" By Laura Lee Mistycah (Written: 12-22-07) The information I'm about to disclose to you may shock you, may scare you, and may upset you…OR it may LIBERATE YOU....(which is what it is intended to do.) Last October during our Knights Training in Spokane, we had a small but very powerful group who made quantum leaps personally as well as for the Indigo Nation and the Planet during that time. Here are pictures of the chakra system from Barbara Brennan's book, "Hands of Light." Here is a picture that illustrates how the chakras are used to "Steal energy" or "Vampire Energy" from others. What we discovered was: 1- The Chakra system is an imposed system that is NOT our natural state. 2- The chakras or "Cones" were placed there so that specific energies could be accessed. 3- Our original state was to have energy that emits from our "Core" or Sun/Star in the Chest / Solar-Plexus area. NOTE! I checked everyone in the group for what percentage they were using this system. "I never liked "my" chakras.

How to Cleanse Your Own Chakras: A Remedy for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Illness - Earth Energy Healings It’s easier than it sounds, and while I perform a more complex ritual for myself, which I will write about in depth at later date, this version is a very quick and effective method of self-chakra cleansing. Step 1: Grounding Meditation. Grounding yourself is essential first step in all intuitive practices! Check out these posts here, and here, for instructions on how to do this. You’ll use the earth energy that you pull up during the grounding meditation to run through each of your chakras, so this step is important. Step 2: Open Chakras. Step 3. Step 4. Once that time comes, starting at the crown, start pulling out those streams of energy like you are unplugging extension cords, one by one, imagining them falling back to the Earth. Like turning off the energy flow, we start at the crown and imagine a radio knob associated with each chakra. Unsure of what “feels right”? Cleanse those chakras. Well wishes on your journey, Sarah

Solar Power--Bach Flower Remedies and the Solar Plexus Chakra ©2004 by Gaye Mack, M.A., Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner Note: The following is reprinted with permission from Igniting Soul Fire: Spiritual Dimensions of the Bach Flower Remedies, from Polair Publishing, London, UK, 2004. Located in what is known as the solar plexus of our body, the third chakra is where our conscious "fire" lies. It is this fire that we need in order to progress forward when faced with karmic challenges along our soul-path. Third-chakra issues include sensitivity to external critics, invalidation by others, lack of self-esteem, and the inability to trust our intuitive voice, which is the voice of our soul. When our third center is contracted, our self-esteem is weak, and, for some of us, totally nonexistent. Larch is the remedy Bach identified for issues of self-esteem. Similar to Pine and Crab Apple, negative Larch is possibly the result of the individual having to endure years of harsh criticism, belittlement, or lack of encouragement and support.

Chakra Removal | A Next Step in Removing our Limitations and Manifesting our Greater Presence Nadi (yoga) Chakra Kundalini Diagram Nāḍi (tube, pipe") are the channels through which, in traditional Indian medicine and spiritual science, the energies of the subtle body are said to flow. They connect at special points of intensity called chakras. The word "nadi" is pronounced as "naRdi", with R+d loosely pronounced together (the effort is made by the tip of the tongue; it curls up, pointing backwards, then springs forward to lie flat). An early version of the nadi system is mentioned in the Katha Upanishad, which says: "A hundred and one are the arteries of the heart, one of them leads up to the crown of the head. One website states: Nadis are not nerves but rather channels for the flow of consciousness. Nadis are thought to carry a life force energy known as prana in Sanskrit, or qi in Chinese-based systems. The Sat-Cakra-Nirupana, one of the earliest texts on nadis and chakra, explicitly refer to these three main nadis, calling them Sasi, Mihira, and Susumna.
