Soap Flakes : Nathalie Stämpfli
Soap Flakes Soap Blocks instead of liquid Soaps Today, most of the soap we use is liquid soap, which contains a lot of water. Block soap instead is more concentrated and therefore has some ecological benefits: You don’t transport unnecessary water around. But what about the usage of soap bars?
The Quick 10: Little-Known Second Verses of Children’s Songs
Either I had a really short attention span as a kid and never made it past the first verse of a song (which is entirely possible), or there are some obscure lyrics to the songs we all know and love. Here are a few examples. 1. I’m a Little Teapot. 2. Do your ears hang high? 3. Last night as I lay on my pillow Last night as I lay on my bed Last night as I lay on my pillow I dreamed that my Bonnie was dead 4. In a cavern, in a canyon, Excavating for a mine Dwelt a miner forty niner, And his daughter Clementine Light she was and like a fairy, And her shoes were number nine, Wearing boxes, without topses, Sandals were for Clementine. 5. Alouette, gentille Alouette(Skylark, nice skylark) Alouette, je te plumerai(Skylark, I shall pluck you) Je te plumerai la tête(I shall pluck your head) (Je te plumerai la tête)(I shall pluck your head) Et la tête(And your head) (Et la tête)(And your head) 6. One red paperclip
The paperclip that Kyle MacDonald traded for a house. The website One red paperclip was created by Canadian blogger Kyle MacDonald, who bartered his way from a single red paperclip to a house in a series of fourteen online trades over the course of a year.[1] MacDonald was inspired by the childhood game Bigger, Better, and the site received a considerable amount of notice for tracking the transactions. "A lot of people have been asking how I've stirred up so much publicity around the project, and my simple answer is: 'I have no idea'", he told the BBC.[2] Trading timeline[edit] MacDonald made his first trade, a red paper clip for a fish-shaped pen, on July 14, 2005. Blimpus, An Inflatable Character Canvas by blimpus
As designers we pretty much want to put graphics on EVERYTHING. We've done t-shirts, posters, skateboards, and anything flat and easy to print on. But now we want to explore beyond flatland and into the round, bulbous world of inflatable characters as custom, collectible art. What we've created is a blank, inflatable canvas with a big silly head to paint on and feet to stand on. They're a bit over two feet tall, with stubby legs and they're made of an ink-receptive PVC vinyl. We've refined the shape to it's final form through two rounds of prototypes. Option 1: Blank White DIY Blimpus This is our entry-level Blimpus. Option 2: Solid Color Blimpus with Sticker Kit A cyan, magenta or yellow solid color vinyl character and a vinyl sticker kit which includes facial features and whatnot to get you going. Option 3: Designer Edition Character Blimpus A fully printed character entirely designed by us and printed by our vendor in CA via digital transfer. We've added a reward!
