The University of Alaska Southeast is an open enrollment institution, students can take classes at UAS either as degree seeking students who apply for admission or as non-degree seeking student who do not have to apply. Cost of Attendance 2013-2014 Alaska Resident Undergraduate Estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) The budget for undergraduate tuition will be based on an average cost of $186/credit. The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program is designed to help undergraduates who live in western states pursue higher education at a public college or university outside their home state, but within the western region at an affordable cost.

Freshmen Admission requirements Admission to Michigan State University is competitive, but there are no minimum requirements. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
