Designing your own t-shirt with our T-Shirt Designer is as easy as 1-2-3. Choose from over 150 products and search through our ever-growing Marketplace of over half a million designs to make your items exactly the way you want them. Create t-shirts, custom hoodies, hats, jackets, accessories—we’ve got it all. Follow these simple steps to create your own customized clothing collection: 1. To make your own clothing, click on the “Choose Product” tab on the left of the T-Shirt Designer toolbar. Clicking the “Select Category” drop down will help you narrow the field by gender, accessories and new products. 2. To design your own gear, click on the “Choose Design” tab in the T-Shirt Designer toolbar. Click on a design and it will appear centered on your product. Note: designs and images, once applied to your product, can be adjusted using the buttons in each of the four corners of the image box. 3. Underneath is the font size drop down.

Waking Up at 5 am Experiment - Conclusion
Wow, it has been a month since I started my waking up at 5 am experiment, and I think it’s a good time to draw some conclusions. First, I want to say that I started this experiment to see what would have happened if I started to wake up early. As a 23 years old guy, I knew that it would have been hard, but I decided to try anyway. After all, I knew I could have quit after 30 days if I wanted to, so it was not a lifetime commitment. If you are just looking for the quick answer, yes, I’ll continue to wake up at 5 am now that the experiment is over. Keep reading if you want to find out why. Waking up Waking up at 5 am may seem difficult to do, but it’s not. Before starting this experiment, I used to sleep 8-9 hours per night, but now I get 7-8 instead, and I still feel very energetic. One thing that’s worth mentioning is that I have no problems doing high intensity activities during the day. Having said that, if I want an immediate boost of energy I would simply take a 20 minutes nap.
