Draft Countdown.com Dynasty Waiver Stash 2013, for 2014... Twitter @FFMetrics It's that time again. Time to stash a nugget or two off the Dynasty waiver wire for your 2014+ hopes and dreams. My list below is looking more at 2013 Dynasty rookies that I didn't see drafted as much in the preseason, and are 50/50 (or less) rostered today/picked up during the season. There are 30+ names to consider on this list--and one is a defensive player. I have ranked the list according to a mindset of: If I had no specific team in place today, but there was a special draft held containing these 30+ players--this would be my "big board" order. Dynasty Stashes: Players to grab with an eye towards 2014 | Fantasy Football Fantasy football seasons are winding down, and if you’re anything like me you are not ready to give up the weekly enjoyment that comes from setting lineups, talking trades with leaguemates and scouring the waiver wire for potential hidden gems. If this describes you, you probably play dynasty fantasy football or you’re ready to join a dynasty league. One of the first things on my dynasty off-season to-do list each year is to drop my kicker, defense and any veterans or short-term injury replacements that have no dynasty value. Once I’ve done this, I’ve cleared room to take a flier on some players who could see an increase in dynasty value over the off-season. Dynasty Fantasy Football: Top 10 Sleepers for 2014 | RotoViz Recently, Jon Moore put together an excellent list of speculative dynasty adds. As our resident WR guru, Jon’s list is heavy on wide receivers, and if you’re stocked elsewhere, you need to starting making trades for those players. I tend to go WR early and often in my drafts and so find myself intrigued by the prospect of bolstering my RB corps with guys who could suddenly find themselves atop the depth chart. 1. RotoViz absolutely loved Zac Stacy heading into the 2013 season, and that enthusiasm paid off in a big way. When you compare the production of Stacy and Cunningham, you run into all types of sample size and strength of schedule issues. 2. I was skeptical of Ertz entering 2013 because of underwhelming results at the NFL Combine, but his collegiate DR of .32 would have bested Tavon Austin and dwarfed Cordarrelle Patterson. Among fantasy skill positions, tight end is the most difficult at which to make a rookie impact. 3. Moreover, none of these backs is under contract for 2015.
