10 Things You Didn’t Know About Lucid Dreaming
Here are 10 things you (probably) never knew about the wonderful phenomenon of lucid dreaming, the ability to have conscious awareness during dreams… 1. The first lucid dreams were recorded by Ancient Egyptians. The Egyptians were an advanced civilization which coalesced around 3150 BC – more than 5,000 years ago. According to Jeremy Naydler, author of Temple of the Cosmos: The Ancient Egyptian Experience of the Sacred, they believed in three bodies: Shat (the corpse body), Ka (the living physical body) and Ba (the soul). Ba was often represented in hieroglyphics as a human-headed bird floating above the sleeping body or corpse. “For lucid dreamers, trance journeyers and OOBE-ers, the Ba may represent in a historic sense, the first depiction of a ‘mobile awareness’ separated from the physical host. 2. One possible reason for this is that children are more prone to nightmares which can be highly vivid and emotionally intense. 3. Now I never end a lucid dream prematurely if I can help it.
Quantum Mechanics Reveals How We Are All Truly Connected - Learning Mind
“I am saddened by how people treat one another and how we are so shut off from one another and how we judge one another, when the truth is, we are all one connected thing. We are all from the same exact molecules.” ~ Ellen DeGeneres We all know, deep down, that we are all connected. The Perception of Separation As a species that grew and evolved to become one of the Earth’s most dominating forces, we came to believe that we were its greatest glory. The tricky part in all of this knowledge and wisdom that quantum mechanics has imparted to us, is that we don’t know where to draw the line. The Basics of Quantum Theory In order to truly understand what is happening at a sub-atomic level when we think of someone or when we feel the lightness of love for another; we must first bridge the gap between the micro-world and the macro-world. Quantum Entanglement’s Spooky Actions Nonlocality is also known as spooky action at a distance (Einstein’s famous phrase for describing the phenomenon).
Pineal Gland
In the 1990s, a British scientist, Jennifer Luke, discovered that fluoride accumulates to strikingly high levels in the pineal gland. (Luke 2001). The pineal gland is located between the two hemispheres of the brain and is responsible for the synthesis and secretion of the hormone melatonin. Melatonin maintains the body’s circadian rhythm (sleep-wake cycle), regulates the onset of puberty in females, and helps protect the body from cell damage caused by free radicals. While it is not yet known if fluoride accumulation affects pineal gland function, preliminary animal experiments found that fluoride reduced melatonin levels and shortened the time to puberty. (Luke, 1997). The Pineal Gland Has Highest Levels of Fluoride in Body As a calcifying tissue that is exposed to a high volume of blood flow, the pineal gland is a major target for fluoride accumulation in humans. The Emerald Tablet: Time Capsule of Wisdom from Mankind's Unknown Benefactors.
What Is the Emerald Tablet? The Emerald Tablet is an ancient artifact that reveals a profound spiritual technology, which has survived to this day despite centuries of effort to suppress it. Encoded within the tablet's mysterious wording is a powerful formula that works in very specific and comprehensible steps on all levels of reality at once -- the physical, the mental, and the spiritual -- and shows us how to achieve personal transformation and even accelerate the evolution of our species. The source of alchemy and the Hermetic sciences, the tablet's universal approach made it forbidden knowledge, condemned by patriarchal powers for thousands of years, from the Egyptian priesthood, to the medieval Church, to our modern politicians and religious leaders. Molded out of a single piece of green crystal, the Emerald Tablet carries a prophetic message full of hidden meaning. The Masters of Deception -- Science of the Spirit
A few days before my interview on Why Shamanism Now? Internet Radio Show, I received an email from the well-known anthropologist, author and shamanic practitioner Hank Wesselman. He mentioned that what I am calling "wetiko" the Hawaiian kahuna tradition was also familiar with, and called these mind parasites the "'e'epa." He mentioned that he talks about these archon-like entities in his latest book The Bowl of Light: Ancestral Wisdom from a Hawaiian Shaman, which I immediately went out and bought. As my research deepens, I am realizing ever more fully that every wisdom tradition in the history of our planet has its own language and symbol system for illuminating what the Native Americans have been calling wetiko. After learning about the 'e'epa, I was left with the feeling that I was fated to continually find an ever-expanding number of wisdom traditions that articulate the wetiko psychosis, each in their own way.
