Combien d'heures dans une journée ? Je veux souvent faire tellement de choses dans une journée que je panique avant même de commencer. J'ai l'impression de pas avoir assez de temps, que les heures filent à une allure effroyable. Je teste donc régulièrement de nouveaux moyens pour organiser et gérer ma journée du mieux possible. D'autant plus qu'en travaillant à la maison, il est parfois compliqué de mettre en place une routine efficace. Je fais beaucoup de listes : des tâches à accomplir dans la journée, dans la semaine, dans le mois. J'ai donc décidé de dessiner sur une plaque de plexiglas un visuel des heures de la journée, de 7h du matin à 22h le soir. Le plexiglas fait office de tableau sur lequel je peux noter mes rendez-vous, mes activités, mes buts du jour. Et le soir, je peux tout effacer pour recommencer une nouvelle journée. Pensez-vous qu'un tel système pourrait vous être utile ?
