Research Mapping Human Emotions Shows Strong Mind Body Connection Inspired by an article written by Alex Pietrowski of Waking Times| Mapping out human emotions shows how strong the mind-body connection really is. Scientists from Finland have recently been able to use topographic methods to see what the effects different emotions have on body temperature and other sensations in the body. What’s interesting is that after five experiments and over 700 participants, there was an outstanding degree of accuracy between where people said they felt a certain emotion on their body and where that emotion showed up on their body using topography. Most basic emotions were associated with sensations of elevated activity in the upper chest area, likely corresponding to changes in breathing and heart rate (1). So when you experience love or pain in your heart, you are literally feeling it over the heart area of your body, and we would be able to prove that scientifically. The Effects Of Negative Emotions On Our Health Joe Martino, Collective Evolution, Guest | Humans experience an array of emotions, anything from happiness, to sadness to extreme joy and depression. Each one of these emotions creates a different feeling within the body. After all, our body releases different chemicals when we experience various things that make us happy and each chemical works to create a different environment within the body. For example if your brain releases serotonin, dopamine or oxytocin, you will feel good and happy. What about when we are thinking negative thoughts all the time? Positive vs. Is there duality in our world? Cut The Perceptions As Much As Possible After thinking about it for a moment you might realize that there are in fact no positive or negative experiences other than what we define as such. “If someone wishes for good health, one must first ask oneself if he is ready to do away with the reasons for his illness. Do These 5 Things Before Bed & Wake Up Happier. Wanna get happy? Just do this one thing. Noooooooooooo. Of course not. Happiness—or a consistent state of contentment—is very much something we can enjoy striving for. There’s something really lovely and fragile about knowing we can’t have instant happiness, that we get to wade into the many rides that our emotions take us on daily (even hourly), so that we can experience the fullness and richness of life. But there are some things we can do to encourage ourselves down the long and winding road toward happiness, and it’s often the little things, done with mindfulness and persistence, that accumulate and train or minds (and brains) to think happy. You know the drill: train the body to like running, and at first it will laugh and maybe spit at you—but eventually it will cave to your iron will, and a runner you (and your body) will be! Why should the brain and mind be any different? Awhile back, I wrote an article, 5 Things To Do Before Breakfast for a Happy Day. 1. 2. 3. I love this one. 4.

Welcome to the Community Exchange System Scientific Proof Our Minds Are All Connected By Steven Bancarz| Are our minds connected to one another? Some phenomena people point to for evidence of this include telepathic experiences and psychic abilities. We all know what it’s like to know what a friend is going to say right before they say it. But there is an entirely new field of evidence that exists which gives serious credence to the idea that our minds are connected at a much more intimate level than ever imagined. This may seem like a far out idea, but is it possible that our thoughts create fields of information that go into the Global Mind we share? What if consciousness is not created in the brain, but is received by the brain in the same way a cable box receives satellite signals? There is a fascinating phenomenon in science known as the “multiples effect“. By 1922, there had been 148 major scientific breakthroughs identified to have been discovered in such a way. Here are some discoveries which are a little more recent in our times: The list goes on and on. Sources:

Wolf Medicine - What wolves can teach us Native American Elders Speak about Wolf Medicine Wolves live in a communal structure like humans. The Alpha male and female lead a strict social order. Next in the order are Beta wolves who do not breed and serve as nursemaids for pups of the pack. The Omega wolf is at the bottom rung and is the 'scapegoat' in situations when the pack is being attacked. Often the Omega wolf is forced not to eat when food is scarce. The wolf spirit teaches us to have balance between your personal needs and those of the family and community. The hunting techniques of wolves served as an example for many tribes who copied them. Wolves have developed many ways to communicate by body language and vocally. When a lone wolf is seen the wild it symbolizes freedom. The primal and piercing howl of the wolf sometimes is marking their territory boundaries. Wolves have great stamina and strength. Wolf is associated with the lunar influences and energies that rule psychic perception. The wolf is ritualistic.
