This is such a wonderful time of the year with friends and family coming out to the country for a visit. Veggie Pizza with Pesto Recipe : Jamie Deen Directions Heat a grill to medium-high heat and shut the lid. Let the grill heat for 20 minutes. Add a few glugs of olive oil to a small bowl and season with a pinch of salt. Add the leeks to a small bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle your work surface with flour. Have all of your sauces, olive oil, toppings and spoons set out on a sheet tray next to your grill. Turn one side of your grill down to medium and keep the other side of the grill on medium-high. Brush the other side of the dough with olive oil, then top the pizza. Remove with a pizza peel or sheet tray. Homemade Pizza Dough: Stir the yeast, warm water and honey together in the bottom of a standing mixer bowl. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, the bread flour and salt until well blended.
