Meditation To reach the Higher Self it is best to concentrate on the source of the "inner sound", leading to the "inner light" - a nucleus of the Higher Self, which initially seems infinitely far "at the other side of a long dark tunnel". When we get sufficiently close to our Higher Self, the inner light becomes much brighter than the Sun, and when we are allowed to join it, the bliss cannot be described in any human language. To get that far, we have to achieve a complete purity of the mind during meditation, have pure intentions, and then intensively concentrate for some time on the "inner sound" and "inner light". The most important role of a spiritual teacher is to show everyone his/her individual way to the Higher Self. Children Can See Auras – Why We Should Nurture This Gift In Them? Most adults cannot see auras without a substantial effort and mental training. Children however, right from birth are able to see auras. At about two years of age, most children try to communicate this to their parents who either ignore it, or do not really understand what this child wants to say. As the child grows, this urge to explain what they see dies because of lack of interest from the adults. Lucid Dreaming/Using Dream stabilization[edit] Once you are able to dream lucidly, you may find that it is difficult to stay in the dream; for example, you may wake instantly or the dream may start “fading” which is characterized by loss or degradation of any of the senses, especially vision. Alternatively, a new lucid dreamer could easily forget that they are in a dream, as a result of the shock of the sensation. Don't worry if you wake immediately after becoming lucid. You can avoid more gradual fadings by stimulating your senses. Ideally you should be able to use the techniques below to stabilize your dream before it starts to fade (or “black out”). If you still can’t stabilize your dream, you may decide to try and wake up with the aim of remembering your dream as accurately as possible while its still fresh in your mind. Kirlian Photography - Building your own equipment What is Kirlian Photography? Kirlian photography is a high voltage, contact print photography. Kirlian photography is named after Semyon Davidovich Kirlian and his wife Valentina who began their work with high voltage photography in 1939. Kirlian's work was first made known to the general public in this country by a book published in 1970 by Shelia Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder titled "Psychic discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain". Although Kirlian wasn't the first to study electro-photography. The process is simple. The Kirlian process, being a contact print process, doesn't require the use of a camera or lens. Figure 1 I was first introduced to Kirlian photography, by the book titled "Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain" by Shelia Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder in the early 1970's. One must keep in mind that most observable Kirlian phenomena does not require any paranormal or bio-plasma field to be explained. There are Kirlian devices being sold on the internet today.
Ring or clunk? « Heart of a Leader I am blessed to have found a life partnership where I learn and feel supported and accepted every day without fail. My wife is a musician and one of her gifts is creating and working with sound and music to help people find in themselves their inner wisdom. Some years ago, I was working with a group of leaders that included her. It was a time before we recognized that we were meant to be together.
