Paul Delacourt
Mr. Delacourt served three years as the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Honolulu field office. Prior to that, he served in the Inspection Division at FBI Headquarters (FBIHQ) in Washington, D.C., where he led reviews of field offices, national programs, shooting incidents, and special projects. Mr. Delacourt began his career as a special agent with the FBI in 1995. He was first assigned to the Chicago Division, he worked gang and drug investigations. Following 9/11, he transferred to the Counterterrorism program, working in Chicago, Washington, DC, and Atlanta, GA.
