AfreecaTV and Guangdong Pharma to bring new viewing fun and benefits to fans of the Guangdong Freaks during the 2023 LCK Summer Season.
Africa TV announced on Wednesday (July 7) that it will be hosting various online events with Guangdong Pharma to cheer on the Guangdong Freaks as the 2023 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) Summer Season kicks off.
The online support event for the Guangdong Freaks will be held under the title of 'LCK Energy Drink Battle' on Guangdong Sanghoe, an online mall dedicated to Guangdong Pharmaceutical's F&B products, starting on Thursday, May 8. First, Guangdong Pharma has organized an energy drink competition prediction event where participants who predict the winning teams of the four matches between Guangdong Freaks, Genji, and DRX, starting with the DRX match on the same day, will receive prizes through a lottery. The idea is to provide users with an exciting viewing experience so that they can enjoy esports with energy drinks.
In this event, participants who successfully predicted only one match will receive a smart cultural gift certificate, and those who predicted three or more matches will be entered into a lottery to win a variety of prizes, including an autographed jersey of the Guangdong Freaks and a Logitech wireless keyboard, stereo headset, and gaming mouse.
In addition, Guangdong Pharma will launch a special edition of "Guangdong on the Game Bite it" to celebrate the LCK Summer Season. In addition to distributing coupons for a 50% discount on Guangdong On the Game at each energy drink match, Guangdong Sanghoe will also offer a 100 won deal on a trial pack (6 cans) of the Guangdong On the Game Bite it edition if Guangdong Freecs wins the match.
